About Hannes in CT

I started out doing a few headshots some 20 odd years ago. I love doing portrait type work, and I am blessed with the ability to make my subject relax, and respond. I also dable into more edgy type work, and trying to create variety for my and models portfolios. To that end I will start playing with all sorts of genres, including fashion. This is feeding the creative side of my soul. I have a day job, and intend keeping my art as non profit as possible.
I try and act as professionally as possible. I try and keep my promises. I try and show respect 2 photographers, models, or MUA's. I try and keep it simple. I do not always succeed. I talk 2 much!!

Which photographers do I admire?
Araminta De Clermont, spent a few years in Cape Town, (now back in London) has a story that is jawdropping, and she produces work of stunning proportions. She is humble, gracious, and brilliant. My favourite is her series called BEFORE LIFE. See these links
