Yeah, feel your pain. I'm trying the new high-carb "bacon and beer" diet. I'll give it a 5-year trial run and see how it pans out.

Haha some months (like January) i follow a "10day eat all you want" diet where, i eat deliciously the first 10 days of the month and then i live on toast the next 20... ;P

It's easier to lose weight when you have lots to lose, then it is to drop a few kg's when you are nearing your prime...

Haha Sasha now there is one condition I have fully got over ;) and I have the XXL t-shirt to prove it...

Maybe it is time for an alternative to the eat and drink and be merry diet!
The best time is probably to get in early before those pesky authorities take the stuff of the market again...?
