Hi.

You've never heard my name before, much less met me. Normally, I would not give you the time of day, never mind even look at you. I don't participate in anything here, but I'm just a really super person and I need your help. Please vote for me so I can become some wannabe-magazines next "it-person". Please spend your hard earned cash to SMS your votes so some company can make money. Please register on their website so you can get spam and vote for me. Please donate your time and money to make me famous.

But don't ever expect me to say thank you, don't think I'll even acknowledge your existence, participate in the forums or just be a nice person. I just want what I can get from you so that my ego can be polished.

Please, disregard the fact that I'm a total user and vote for me. Surely you concede I deserve it.

My gripe is with the tons of "vote for me's" I get on a daily basis from people who wont piss on you if you were on fire.

The best was the model who sent out "Hey! love your work! amazing!!!!!" and then plz follow me on twitter.

I felt really special till i saw it on several other ppl's profiles as well, copy-and-paste style.

Now I feel like an orphan again :(

I spent half a day on MB and the problem is we all want our moment of fame, however most people are lacking in the common decency department.
Vote for me, Comment my work etc, with out so much as a by your leave or thanks or even @#%$& you. unanswered emails don,t lets start on that!!!!
If we all decided to be kind plesant, curtious well mannered and genuine, most of our gripes would go away.
Take comments, only a small percentage of people comment regulary, most do when they want somthing, thats my experience. Example Many people would comment my work daily, and when they asked me to do a tfcd or lend my studio for free and I said no, no more comments or mails. Stange????

Yes this gets me. I always say thanx and in mosy cases I comment back. Why do I di that? Bacause you took the time to have a look at my portfolio and to think and type out a comment. I am thankful for that. But i gets my goed all bloody when ppl (read "mostly models") dont even say thanx. like it is their right to have you comment on their work.
