Website update suggestions list for Blade... lets discuss before sending via email

1. Being able to see any and all comments made on image I was involved in,... kind of like the system on Facebook, if you are tagged in the image all comments about it gets sent to you.

2. A way to delete comments I have made on images especially seeing that people can alter an comment before approving it... People has altered my comments which changed its meaning... (Or just stop people from changing a comment, just allow them to approve or reject)

3. A moderator system and spelled out rules in terms of what is acceptable and what not. There can maybe be moderators that can just block an image temporarily until Blade makes the final decision.

4. A live chatroom which will replace the notice feature on the frontpage, and leave the frontpage for perhaps the latest photos, comments on photos, threads, and notices from blade and admin.

5. A search facility that let you search for models/togs/mua's specializing in certain fields (the data is already there, i.e. Alternative, Parts Modelling etc)

6. A personal schedule... Francois started doing it on his profile...basically a way of showing people which days you are open for shoots and when who is booked with who...

7. Please change the way the number of views an image has had is calculated. Currently it seems that an image is "viewed" for purposes of the view counter below each image in the dashboard only when the image is opened via the "View /Post Comments" button at the bottom of each image, so when people simply click on the image itself, that is not counted as a "view".

8. How about category galleries to show the latest photos in each category, and with the same data can search for specific shots later.

e.g. "natural light", "studio" & "fashion", "glamor", "nude" etc etc etc



9. Over and above friends you can set "favorite" photographer/mode, and each time they load a new image you are notified.

Suggestion 1

People are scared off paying sites, but what about a donation box for MB to cover some of Blades time and work spending on MB?

Let's say Simon do a shoot with a model on MB and charge his client R4000. Surely if he feels like it, he can donate a couple of rands to MB to say thank you.

Just feel like you must get something for your hard work and time spent, keeping MB up and running.


Suggestion 2

A button on Dashboard that delete all old send and recieved mails. Then we can delete the mails once a month or week, instead of after every mail or sitting the whole day clicking on delete (I'm busy deleting 72 old mails.)

An online notepad, where we can type e-mail addresses and tel numbers of models, togs and MUA's.

Shirt chest sizes, I want to order a T-shirt or 2 but need to know the chest size of the large and X-large.

18. the system surely logs the time and date when you last logged in, how about a function to see all new thread posts and photos posts from the last time you logged in... will make it easier to find new posts

19. Instead of the featured tog / model / mua, how about let the site randomly select members, this way tou see someone new on the front each time you log in...

Now there is an idea!!

I would like to define a group and share an image between them ONLY...
The image can then not be viewed by the public or by other members.

I think many will use this private group feature for more sensitive images and tastes

Also its a way to show the model the pic and get her to "approve" it before its available for the rest of the members

And i Dashboard link from the forums.... cause currently you need to go from the forums to home then the dashboard link ontop for the page.....
