There was a competition for a new banner, well briefly. But, as usual no-one took mart and when I bitched I was told "well why dont you shoot a new banner then". So, like everyone else on MB I gave up and decided it was better to bitch about stuff than try to overcome the absolutely futility of of ettempting to change things.
