Was just wondering.....How do they deside Featured Model/Photographer/MUA?

It's totally random. Some people have never been featured, other people have been featured a billion times

Like me. Never been featured. There is a different thread somewhere that you can go "mention" that you'd like to be featured.

I'm sure it should. But let's say you only have 5 average pics in your port, and you go beg and plead to be featured, it's not going to happen. Evidently so, even hotshots like Justin Cleaver / Bruce K Cantrell / GMWheeler / Sean don't get featured very often, and they have amazing work!

Yes it is TOTALLY random. It's so random in fact that it's very randomness is random.
