Dear prospective manager,
Please see if you are available to manage the following promotional
event.
If you are there are 1 of 5 venues, please respond to the following
area you are able to manage with you cell phone number so I can call
you for a telephonic interview.
If you are selected, full details will be sent to you.
Also note that this weekend is being used as a trail by the client and
if the client is happy this will be guaranteed extra income for you
and those involved bi - weekly.
Date: 9 & 10 March 2012 (You have to be available for both dates NOT
either or)
Times: Friday 12 midday - 4pm & Saturday 10am - 2pm
Duties: As the manager you need to be at the venue to:
- meet and greet the PEP manager at the beginning of the
promotion
- meet and greet the HUAWEI product manager
- manage the promoter present
- Take out CLEAR pictures of the promoter and customers
(need to have a camera)
- email me the pictures after the promotion
- Ensure that the promoter is conducting herself and
working in an appropriate manner
- At the end of the promotion send me a report of the
details of how the promotion went.
- You don't have to be there for the whole promotion,
just in the beginning and end.
Pay is R250 per day i.e R500 to be paid to you in 14 working days.
The store manager will report to me if duties were fulfilled.
Secondly if you have a promoter to work with that will be beneficial.
Here is the details of what the promoter needs to fit in terms of
requirements:
Black pretty female, preferably a student as this promotion is paid
according to student rates, well - spoken young lady, sociable.

Duties: To promote HUAWEI (cellular product) to clients in store at PEP
Pay is R60 per hour i.e R480 to be paid to you in 14 working days.

MPUMALANGA, MPUMALANGA, 1280
5. SHOP NO 15, EVATON PLAZA, GOLDEN HIGHWAY, SEBOKENG, SEBOKENG, 1982
GAUTENG
