Matt, I was so disappointed at last year's fest. I love oysters, one of my all time fave things, but they were... icky. had from a few different stands, and the standard was horrible, was the "castle lager" of oysters. Did pick up a few other interesting foodie stuff though.

Did you know they sell more oysters per hr than any other festival in SA (including the Knysna Oyster Fest)..! About 4000 oysters an hr expected...

Thats because we have access to good oysters all year round and dont have to go bos at a special event :P

I dont drink beer either but I am forced to when I come up to JHB. I cant drink wine that is more expensive than petrol, especially if it is "cheap" wine lol
