About Joe

I am an IFBB South African Champion bodybuilder. I compete in a division called Classic Bodybuilding, which is judged on proportions, symmetry and aesthetics as opposed to sheer bulk.

My diet and training is such that I maintain this physique throughout the year.

I have the privilege of being sponsored by Biogen, which is one of the largest supplement companies in the country and my posters are in the Dischem stores in KZN.

I have also done shoots for Jan Tana, the leading international self tanning brand.
