Healthy lifestyle ideals, pro-health activist,gym, kickboxing, extreme sports, quad bike riding with friends and spending time with close family.

BELIEFS

Change is the only constant in life, adapt or get left behind.

I also believe you are what you eat; a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

There is no substitute for hard work and commitment, it pays in dividend, and more regularly than the lotto!
