About PCGraphix

PCGraphix aka Pieter Jordaan Photography — I am based in Randburg.

For the foreseeable future I will only be available for studio type shoots whilst I deal with a few medical problems.

I am a serious amateur photographer, having had photography as one of my primary hobbies for over 50 years. Most of my photography has been, "recording memories", but since going digital in 2002 and more so since retiring from formal employment in 2004, I have become quite passionate about this wonderful hobby. Model photography is a fairly recent venture for me, having done it since July 2007. Thank you to Blade for ModelBase, Cicilia and Rene Kaufmann and Archi (AJN), for their kindness in helping me "break the ice" when I started and Iuan (PixU) in helping to put me on the map.

My interest lies in anything from portraiture to tasteful artistic nudes. I am not interested in alternate/goth/dark/fetish work and where nudes are concerned, cosmetic surgery is unacceptable to me. Whatever the girl is comfortable with, is what will make me comfortable too. (Nude work is absolutely not a pre-requisite).
Of late, portraiture has become my main interest.

Male models will not usually be considered, but may agree to do couple shoots and family shoots are fine.

I like to do outdoor shoots, preferably "out there" in nature, but studio work is all I have been doing for a while now.
I do TFCD work if you have the look that I want and can contribute to enhancing my portfolio. Other than that you can contact me for my rates.

I don't really believe in trading comments — If I like a pic, I comment and don't expect to necessarily receive a comment in response to it. If you like a pic of mine, your comment will be highly appreciated, but I will not necessarily return a comment.
