About Bluejasper

I like to think that I give deeper meaning to the visual emotional content of the beauty of a bride and groom. The memory that can be re-lived day after day with the use of my equipment, the talent I received from God, and characteristics of light, I dance the camera tango of documentary love.

You always have to be firm yet sensual. You have to be totally aware of your surroundings and fully in the present with all your senses activated. I feel proud to document weddings, because it is one of the greatest things God put in place. To capture that day when you make your promise to God as a couple is very special.

It is not the type of camera I use or the editing software I edit with. It is in success to engage the viewer from beginning to end. It is in the moments of tears that they will cry. It is in the moments of laughter that they will have a good chuckle. They might even think differently, more positively about love. It is when they can experience all of the above, I stop & ask: How much is the cost of memories?

I have been in "THE ARTS" for about 8 years. I have a wide range of knowledge ranging from graphic design, photography, videography, cinematography and even art history. I am a well-rounded visual communication person.

I am extremely dedicated, and I make an effort to deliver a product that has quality, rather than delivering a product that I must connect my name to it and hide my face in shame. One of my favourite lecturers in varsity once told me: You only have one name, if you mess with that, you have nothing.

This is especially true when shooting weddings. Your subject matter only get married once! In other words, you only have one chance to film / shoot the wedding correctly with quality as the main drive.

To ensure that I can deliver quality, I go on location scouts to the necessary venues or locations and determine if there will be any negatives or positives to help create the perfect setting.

In other words I really strive for perfection and believe I go the extra mile...
