About Samantha Lee Gage

Please note that I recently got married and now work under the name Samantha Gage Kruger. I completed my makeup Artist Course with Camelot International. I then decided to further my studies attending classes with Cicilia, a well known, talented, makeup artist in Johannesburg. During 2010, on occasion, I assisted Cicilia, on a freelance basis, with weddings, workshops and a charity event.

Below are some of the events that I have been part of:
- I assisted Cicilia, towards the end of 2010, with a Charity fashion show, the designers were JJ Schoeman and Eric Way and the show was featured on TopBilling.
- On the 17th September 2010, I did Diane Smith's makeup, she took part in Mrs Style SA 2010.
- I also had the opportunity of working with Celeste Stanley (Top 10 FHM 2010), who also made it into FHM Top 100 for 2011, as well as Jeandre Harris (Top 100 FHM 2010 and 2011)
- I also assisted with touch-ups for the Extreme Model Search models and Adele Segal, which took place in Pretoria on 2 October 2010.
- On the 21st October 2010 I was added to Emalyth's website.
- I helped out with the makeup:
- at the Pure Party Fashion show held at FTV Cedar Square on 30 March 2011 which was also featured in Trend Frenzy magazine.
- for Nicholis Louw's music video "Tot die laaste Uur" on 10 May 2011. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with the Six Chambers team.
- for House of Superior Clothing's fashion show at Klein Kaap on 4 June 2011.
- for the competition winners for the feature in the Intiem Magazine August /September 2011 issue for photographer Salomien Smal Reinecke - Of the Earth Photography on 5 June 2011.
- Thanks to Salomien Smal Reinecke (Of the Earth Photography), my work has also featured in the October / November 2011 and will also feature in the December 2011 / January 2012 issue of Intiem Magazine.
- Recently had the pleasure of working with Dominique (photographer) and Jenna Meiring (Musician) on my first shoot for Emalyth on 9 October 2011.
- My work was also recently published in Destiny magazine http://www.destinyconnect.com/ page 135, June 2012 issue.
- On 18 June 2012 I was featured in the June 2012 issue of Trend Frenzy magazine http://issuu.com/trendfrenzy/docs/june12
- Did three makeovers that will feature in the Dec 2012/Jan 2013, Feb/Mar 2013 and Apr/May 2013 issues of the Intiem Magazine.
- On 1 November 2012, I helped Leanne Colgate with makeup for Mrs Modern Woman 2012 (Mrs Congeniality 2012)
- On 3 December 2012, I helped Dianne Smith with makeup for Ms UN 2013, who ended up being placed as 2nd Princess. This was featured on Kyknet.

I have had the pleasure of doing the makeup for the following Intiem Magazine covers:
- Apri/May 2012 cover. The people featured on the cover were Anel Alexander (Actress from the movie Semi-Soet and from Binnelanders/7nd Laan) and James Alexander (Actor in the TV series The Wild).
- Jun/Jul 2012 cover. The people that featured on the cover was Angelique Gerber (Actress on 7nd laan) and Ben-G van Niekerk.
- Aug/Sep 2012 cover. The people that featured on the cover was Zetzke van Pletzen (Actress on 7nd laan) and Altus Theart (Actor from Getroud met Rugby).
On the above three covers, I had the pleasure of working alongside, Salomien Smal Reinecke (Of the Earth Photography), Hannelie van Wyk (HvanWyk Hair Design), Alette-Johanni Winckler (stylist) and the Intiem team.
- Dec 2012/Jan 2013 cover. The people who featured were Jak de Priester (singer) and his wife Michelle. On this cover, I had the pleasure of working alongside, Salomien Smal Reinecke (Of the Earth Photography), Hannelie van Wyk (HvanWyk Hair Design) and Simon Rademann (Designer) and the Intiem team.
- Feb / March 2013 cover. The people who featured are Jakkie and Anel Louw (singer). On this cover, I had the pleasure of working alongside, Salomien Smal Reinecke (Of the Earth Photography), Hannelie van Wyk (HvanWyk Hair Design) and Alette-Johanni Winckler (Stylist) and the Intiem team.
- Apr / May 2013 cover. The people who will featured were Elizma Theron (singer) and her hubby Nico. On this cover, I had the pleasure of working alongside, Salomien Smal Reinecke (Of the Earth Photography), Hannelie van Wyk (HvanWyk Hair Design) and Alette-Johanni Winckler (Stylist) and the Intiem team.
- June / July 2013 cover. The group who will feature is Romanz. On this cover, I had the pleasure of working alongside, Salomien Smal Reinecke (Of the Earth Photography), Hannelie van Wyk (HvanWyk Hair Design) and Alette-Johanni Winckler (Stylist) and the Intiem team.
- Aug / Sep 2013 cover. The people who will feature is Lindie Strydom (Actress - Egoli) and her husband Sakkie. On this cover, I had the pleasure of working alongside, Salomien Smal Reinecke (Of the Earth Photography), Hannelie van Wyk (HvanWyk Hair Design) and Alette-Johanni Winckler (Stylist) and the Intiem team.
