Ever since I can remember my career goals have been focused towards striving to achieve excellent customer service. I consider myself to be independent, hard working and motivated. I am a confident and resourceful person with strong organisational and administrative skills with a flair for sales and marketing.

My job scope includes dealing with clients on a daily basis, for this type of position one needs to be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant telephone manner and a good standard of
personal presentation. These are traits which I believe I possess.

I am someone who strives to ensure things go as smoothly as possibly and handles clients with tact and diplomacy, always leaving them with a positive impression of the company and the level of service received. I see every challenge as an opportunity and every opportunity as a sale! My work ethics are impeccable and my positive attitude is my signature. I am self motivated, thrive under pressure and enjoy the challenge of a varied working brief.
