About Eclipse Photography

From the offices of Eclipse Photography we would like to wish you a warm welcome and thank you for taking an interest in the services that we offer.

We would like to make use of this opportunity to tell you more about our passion that was born in autumn 2008.

Photographer and member, Reino van Eck has worked in the fashion retail industry in a number of fashion stores in London (Gucci, D&G, YSL, Jimmy Choo and Ralph Lauren) and also has 5 years modelling experience. He discovered his talents by chance after experimenting with a borrowed digital camera. From there he was motivated to improve his photography and retouching skills and today his enthusiasm for fashion and quality makes him one of the most sought after photographers in the Eastern Cape.

To complete the picture, our second member, Zandri Cutting-van Eck is the makeup artist for Eclipse Photography. She completed a three year course at Total Concept Academy in 2007 in Port Elizabeth where she obtained her prestigious national and international diplomas in Health and Skincare and Spa Therapy. (SAAHSP & CIDESCO) She is infatuated with the makeup industry and decided to specialize in the aforementioned field and received advanced makeup training from CK Makeup for All Occasions School in Johannesburg. She is the perfect choice for all your makeup artistry needs as she only uses the finest products such as Kryolan and Inglot combining them with her superb makeup application skills and techniques.

The images that we create are top quality. Reino cautiously selects each image and takes time to carefully refine each picture to perfection.

We are a proud sponsor and official photographer of the Die Burger & Boardwalk Mr PE 2011/12 competition and have done numerous weddings, events (All Blacks Rugby Tm for Investec 2011 & National Advocates Chambers 2011) and modelling portfolios.

We have combined our knowledge, experience and creativity to establish the perfect combination in the Photography industry and offer a distinctive style and technique for all your individual photography needs.
